>>Please check your version first (How?), because split screen effect is only available for Window Version 4.8 above.
>>If not, please redownload the latest version on http://www.wondershare.com/video-editor/ to replace previous one. (Can I update via "Check for Update"? No! Because V 4.8 is a big update, which updates multiple Text/Intro/Credit Effects, result in "Error" if you try to reopen previous project files.)
